Celebrity Couples Who Define #RelationshipGoals
What makes us describe a couple’s relationship as our #RelationshipGoals? Is it the ability for a pair of lovers to perfectly filter a cheesy Instagram picture? Is it their ability to stay together for a long period of time in a world where hooking up with anyone is as easy as the touch of a button? Or is it having the kind of faces that make for some really funny face swaps? It’s probably some form of all of the above, at least according to the following celebrity couples who seem to be really making it, despite the odds. Here are the couples who define relationship goals!
Anna Faris and Chris Pratt
When Anna Faris and Chris Pratt met, they both had pretty extensive bug collections. And the similarities didn’t stop there. Chris says, “We both got our start in horror spoofs. We both made our careers playing guileless nitwits for laughs. We both have parents that have suffered with MS. The similarities go on and on.”
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi
Besides being a couple of the funniest women in Hollywood, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are also funny with each other. You know what they say, the couple that pranks together, stays together! (They don’t say that, but they should).
Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher
Borat and his wiiiiiiiife donated one million dollars for Syrian refugees this year, with half of that donation going towards preventing Syrian children from contracting measles. So this adorable and hilarious couple don’t just define #RelationshipGoals, they’re a couple of damn heroes!
Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka
Besides killing it in photo booth sessions, Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka happen to be one of the best set of Hollywood parents we’ve ever seen. Every year they do an epic family Halloween costume with their young son and daughter, and this year was no exception to the cuteness, with the family dressing up as Batman characters.
Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris
Look at the way Calvin Harris looks at Taylor Swift in this photo and tell me they don’t define #RelationshipGoals. This disgustingly good-looking couple had a hell of a year, together and apart. Besides sharing experiences like awards shows, inflatable pool swans, and a highly publicized but allegedly false Thai massage parlor scandal, Taylor and Calvin were named the wealthiest celebrity couple in 2015 by Forbes. An engagement or some very catchy breakup songs are the only directions this relationship can go from here.
Beyonce and Jay-Z
Why do they define #RelationshipGoals? Do we even need to answer that?
