Dude, if you melt the song down this song or any other rock song , they all end up at the same place, either The Beatles or Elvis. Metallica songs sound all the same and each Papa Roach song is different and Last Resort is their OWN song. And they DID write the song. And why did they write it? Do you know why he wrote the song Scars too?


I already know the answers.

I don't care why they wrote the song. It's possible that they are a band, so they are trying to make money. Which, for a band, usually begins with writing a song and then performing it.

The point is, the story behind a song doesn't usually affect how a person hears it. You either enjoy the song for it's tempo and sound, or you don't.

The background story is just a bonus if you like the song.

Man like they write their music for their fans and each song is not cause they want to write it, they write each song for what is happened to them or others around them. Things like the bad ecomomy, inspires them and every one wants money dude. And evrey one's tring to make money in this bad ecomomy stuff. If they didn't want to do what they love, then they would have broken up years ago, but they didn't cause they love what they do and all of them still love what they do.
