As i have heard, that death is with you at all times and awaits for the right time to take us but if we get frightened and jump at the sight of him he takes you without warning, yet if we can accept the fact that we will die and embrace it for when that time comes, death will easily guide our souls to where ever it is souls go.

We're just animals with brains like everything else on this planet. When you die, your brain isn't active and you're not concious so you simply don't exist. All thoughts and activity cease and it's just nothingness. I hope mine is peaceful.

Of course, there is the theory that energy cannot be created or destroyed so I'm not relying 100% on what I just said.

Nothing will ever make me fear my own death more than the death of my family members. Having a neardeath experience might make me fear for my life but if a family member or loved one had a near death experience I'd be much more terrified.
