I'm the longest time artist at my school. (excludling maybe a few teachers) It actually makes making friends quite easy: I just draw something with my paper in clear view. Someone may come see it, usually like it, and then befriend me because of my art skill.

A couple of friends tried to follow in my footsteps. One of them is actually practising and getting good, the other started and stopped.
