Girls call when drunk also, but why would a girl call another girl when drunk? Drunk dialing is often done out of desire or hatred for the other person. I've seen a girl calling another girl while drunk before though.

Its not really "asking a girl out" when you drunk dial. Its usually just fucking around because you're drunk, bored, and have nothing else to do. Anything that will possibly get a laugh is worth doing.

Sometimes a girl is scared of rejection, and playing hard to get is her way of seeing if the guy wants her. Sometimes girls think it is what they are 'supposed to do', and that a guy won't like them if they are 'easy'. Sometimes, the chase is just fun. It's a confidence booster to the girl who gets a guy to keep going after her. Sometimes, If a girl doesn't play her cards right she could be called a slut or a whore, and that's never much fun if she cares what others think about her. But there isn't one answer, girls do it for different reasons. And I'm not saying any of these are personal reasons.
