Hey guys,

My school has sent me out on a project to compose a short documentary that will be shown at my city's film festival next month.

The documentary will be contrasting Canada's and US's winter season, and the differences between its societies. For example, cultural/community characteristics, Christmas holiday traditions, fashion/clothing, winter hobbies, etc. You can go ahead & make fun of these aspects as well, if you'd like.

I've already booked my travel across the continent to go film this, but unfortunately, I won't be able to cover all of North America on my own.

So now I'm asking any Smosh members who resides in North America, and owns a video recording device, if you can contribute a 10-20 second video clip relating the topic, to add to the documentary.

Once you have it filmed, you can upload it onto an online file sharing site, and post the link in this thread. Of course, all credits will be given. When I'm done with the editing, I'll post the video in the forum. This will be a fun opportunity to take a peek at where all our western-hemisphered smoshers are at. I made this project to be very flexible, so be creative!

All video clips must be in by December 31st. January 15th.

Hmm He has a Recording Company ofr Rich People's Social Events. then he makes it to look nicer on the computrer by editing them. then he gives to the people the Event Edited & with more things on a DVD (Soon Blu-ray) . So Yeah Know he's beggining to record & edit in HD.

And Yeah Those cameras are worth more than me D;. hahaha Nah He told it as a joke.....I hope....

The falls would look pretty awesome. But it's not restricted to just sceneries, you can have shots of yourself building a snowman, skiing into a tree, or whatever tickles your fancy. Anything related to winter, basically.

Actually Rodro just because it's an HD camcorder doesn't make it necessarily good. There are some non HD cameras that kick those camcorders asses.

Though I would assume your dad has good ones, I don't knowwaht kind NBA has.

shoot. i totally forgot i agreed to this, but there is nothing remotely christmasy here anyway. we had snow for a day, my tree is still in a box and my neighborhood is full of scrooges that wont put up their lights. i dont even have a santa hat yet.

I'm probably getting a camcorder for Christmas because I've been asking my parents for one, and there is a box under our Christmas tree for me that looks like it could be a camcorder. I hope so, then i take pictures and post them on smoh.
