I saw someone asking how to make a Boxman and since I was bored I wrote this up and took some pictures but then I found out the topic was closed. Anyways, here's the instructions on how I made mine that I wrote in case you want to make a replica.

How to make a Boxman


What you will need:

1. Picture of Boxman

2. 24x16x8 box

3. Black marker

4. Scissors

5. Masking tape

6. Packaging tape (If needed to tape over markings on box)

Steps:

(If at anytime you need help, look at a picture of Boxman's face)

1. Take the box with it standing up 24" high

2. Draw with a black marker 2 lines down about 5 1/2" long and about 1" thick one inch away from tape in middle on both sides. They should be about 3" from top.

3. Draw a smile about 1" thick that starts about 3 1/2" below the bottom of the eyes. It should go down about 4 1/4" and tops of sides should be about 3 1/2" from the sides of the box.

4. Cut off the 24" flaps and cut them 16 inches long and use the masking tape to tape them to cover the big hole where you put the head. There should be four 7 1/2 to 8" flaps taped together. (Including the flap already attached to the top of Boxman) There should be two 8" flaps left from when you cut it. Tape those together with packaging tape or masking tape to make the fourth flap.

5. Keep the flap hanging from the bottom of Boxman there.

6. Cut a hole in the bottom of Boxman big enough so you can see.
