In California there is a drive thru for pretty much everything. We are all lazy bastards.

But, we do purchase the most hybrid vehicles to make up for it! YAY!

...and yes, I have seen many a drive thru pizza huts. Usually they are like Pizza Hut/Taco Bell/KFC/A & W mixed. Any combination of 2 to 4 of the places to make a super fast food place. Pretty gross.

pizzas have to cook before they are eaten, so you don't get drive through pizza huts, or if you do it is just frozen reheated crap,
or uncooked pizza dough. which sounds about right for pizza hut.
