Who here works out and lifts weights, whether it's for sports or recreation? I started doing it for football, and once I quit football I got pretty lazy, but I started back up at rehab since there was nothing else to do.
I tend to work on my upper body more, because I hate doing squats and hang cleans. But yeah, for those of you who work out, what're you maxes/work out routines?
Bench I max around 215-225ish, and I usually do 185, 6 reps with 3 sets, then do 195 a few times, 2 or 3 sets.
Curls I usually do 8 reps, 3 sets with 35 or 40 with one arm dumbbells. For shoulders I do the same thing as curls with one arm dumbbells.

I lift sacks of dead children for a living, so I don't need to lift weights.

7 set 3 rep max was 225, that's the only thing I remember.
That and I have this shirt from a lift-a-thon saying 1000lbs club, which is power clean+squat+bench

Yeah we have that at our school, I don't know what I'm in now. Like 2 years ago I was in the 800 club. My bench was a lot lower then, though, and so was my squat.

I've had the goal of gaining 20 pounds of muscle for like three years now.
Every time I start going to the gym something gets in the way. Like The Office. And sleeping.

It was that and the fact that I dropped weight to wrestle so was forced to stop. It usually picks up again once track ends.
