I do know a girl who can do it...and in the bent-arm way. She's pretty small, but she's fairly flexible; I think she does ballet and gymnastics.

You'd have to imagine if contortionists can sit their butts on their heads, some people can lick their elbows. Maybe also they have loose joints, sort of like being double-jointed:P

hahaha yeah we were doing this thing at my school. we were reading these "interesting facts" and it said that it was impossible to lick your elbow so everyone tried, but no one could do it besides for me friend andre. and he doesn't have a freakishly long tongue so that had nothing to do with it.
