does anyone have advice on how to get braces to stop hurting
have them on top and bottom

Try Advil or Tylenol.. Ask your mommy first though. Internet people aren't trustworthy.

They're general pain relievers. I used Tylenol, if memory serves me..

And braces are going to hurt every time they're tightened.. get used to it.
