i want a cell phone that is relatively inexpensive. $200 at the most. it also needs to be able to take pictures and videos, and act as an mp3 player as well. I DO NOT WANT A JUKE THOUGH!!!!!

Does all the things you asked, loud when on loudspeaker or playing music & in the UK it's 150 quid, but you can get it for 120 if you purchase it at 02 & trade in an old phone.
& Sony Ericsson is a reliable make. I've failed to completely destroy one so far. & I even destroyed a Nokia and most people find them invincible.

nokia N95 is the best for you. and 200 $ its nothing. i bought a phone in 1371$
