IOTW #2
Official Rules

1. You must have at least 50 posts to enter and vote.
2. Your illustration must not be pre-made in ANY way.
3. Your illustration must follow the assigned theme.
4. Your illustration must be your own work. If you are asked to prove the authenticity of your entry, you must do so.
5. Your illustration must be of a reasonable size - it may be "large" by general terms, but please don't make it HUGE. If you are asked to resize your illustration, you must do so.
6. Any medium is accepted, as long as you have made a substantial effort. Entries that appear to be quick and pointless will be removed (so NO 5-minute MS Paint entries).
7. You may only post one entry in one post, and any further changes to your entry must be posted in replacement of your original entry. All changes made to any post other than your original entry post will be ignored.
8. You may not vote for yourself in the voting thread.
9. If you are caught voting multiple times in the voting thread, you will receive a one-week suspension from the IOTW (including voting).
10. If you are proven guilty of stealing an illustration, you will receive a one-week suspension from IOTW. If you are caught two more times following the first, you're banned indefinitely from IOTW.


Failure to adhere to any of these rules will result in the disqualification of your entry.

Having the two week deadline is a great idea because that way, youre guaranteed a good amount of entries and many of them will be well thought out and worked hard on.

I'm starting on this entry right now.
I plan on not being done with it till the day of the deadline.


This contest is going to be what helps me set my mind off living three thousand miles away from where I should be.

I think talking to you for so long last night got the better of me. My entry involves someone above water as well. Just not walking on it. At least what I'm working on right now. It might change in two weeks.

Intresting theme, I'll see if I can think of something. And this one will be much better than my last.

I decided that no one would really get how my original drawing would match the theme and at the same time I was working on this drawing for other reasons, which makes it NOT premade. I just finished it today(the 29th). I uploaded it on my DeviantART first and posted the image with the water mark because, I love the outcome of this picture and I would like to try and keep people from claiming it as theirs. And if there is some drama about me being fake like what happened with insert_clever_name_here I took a picture of me with it unfinished, but I hope it doesn't come to that.

Ooooh, yes, I can work with this.

This one I may be able to do.

what the fuck is iotw?

It stands for "In our tiny world" and its a contest to see how many things we can do with midgets. This weeks theme is "buoyancy" and we have to think of the most creative things to stick to a midget to make it float.

when i scanned it to the computer it messed up the waves and yes i know i suck at drawing

Jesus Christ, you could have put a little more effort than some pointy triangles that were supposed to be waves, a ball and some text.
I don't care how "sucky" you are at drawing, take some more time than that.

i think anything should be enter-able. if they aren't good, they won't get votes, so what's the worry?

Try for longer than an hour.
That's still a rush job in most cases.

I am definitely interested despite the fact that I have no drawing skills. or any skills for that matter.

Will post entry as soon as my July examination ends. If possible.

Mine was less than 10 minutes. including of actually thinking up of my idea before drawing it. but for him that isnt the case.



Which leads me to this next question. Why do people even bother entering when they know its terrible? (excluding tori, because shes bound to get a few votes)
