How do people feel about the new "guyliner" and "manscara" ranges?

depends. if you are say, you are acting for some movie, then yes a guy should wear makeup to bring out realism in the movie.

as for rockstars? if its makeup like, KISS, then ok thats fine. but anything more is a big no no

It depends. Usually guys who wear makeup take time to improve how they look, meaning they probably have better hygiene and things like that. Covering up nasty pimples, doesn't make you gay just because you wish to make yourself more presentable and less disgusting. I think eyeliner looks good only on certain guys. For some reason girls are attracted to feminine guys.
