2 Things for a Six Pack:

Eat Less & Exercise More!

The Food: What you eat is very important, No Fat and No Sugars. I have great meals if you are interested in this.

The Exercise: Regular, old fashioned sit ups will NOT get you a six pack. You need to really work your abs out like crazy. I have many GREAT "unusual" exercises that give you INCREDIBLE results.

Remember, it is EASY not HARD. It just needs dedication.

it probably would have made more sense just to list the exercises rather then just mention that you know them.

I'm a fitness trainer too.
I also own a Bugatti Veyron (I'm a very experienced trainer).
I've also appeared on television.
I'm also a woman.
