how can i upload a picture from my pictures on my comp for my signature ?

you can use a site that uploads images.
For example; imageshack.us

Upload your picture there then copy the correct link, go to signature edit and put the link of your picture between imagetags.->

(when using imageshack, i use the link that you get when you click "show advanced linking" at the bottom of the page.
