Saying that, I have one in my house right now helping to install our new kitchen. He laughs at everything and he looks like he just walked out of the 1980s.

it kind of depends. but i usually text. i had 7000 txt messages in one month...thank god i have unlimited txting. smile.gif
adrisk8ergurl
For me, it really depends on what do you have to say to the person, if it's just randomness, then texting is better, if it's something important, then I'd call the person.

texting
im not a big talker on the phone. cuz somethings r easier to type then say

and plus talking on the phone 2 much causes brain cancer. my friend refuses to put her cell by her ear she uses speaker and holds it far away laugh.gif
smosh-a-roo
Depend on the person and where I am.
If I need to be quiet or something (like at school, or if it's really late at night) then I'll text.
Otherwise, calling is an option.

For the person, if I know there's enough to talk about or if there's already a reason for me to call them, then I will.
But if I'm just bored and feel like talking, then I'll start by texting.

And I guess it depends on how many minutes I have left, since I have unlimited texting.
supermilo24
I really like calling more because u can say more in 5 seconds than u can in texting but texting is usually more private and none of my friends ever call anyone except the nerds.........so yea go txting
-N-

dude, fuck texting. Seriously, if you want to just get straight to the point, just fucking hit my ass up, and tell me. If you wanna have small talk, just a little chat, hit my ass up and then we'll hang out and make conversation.
yougotponed07
deffinately texting. i just dont' like talking on the phone that much cuz most of my friends can't hold a convo on the phone, but they can in person: I don't get it either. lol but ya, it's true about the akward silences and goodbyes: when you're texting, it doesn't get akward! tongue.gif
carpe-diem
Depends on the person! Some people I like talking to on the phone more.

Some people aren't fun to talk to...so simply texting them works just fine for me. =P
Electric_Dynamite
calling
texting is way more expensive w/ my plan
Amandaswims
Texting.
I don't like calling people.

Texting.
Talking to people is weird. But fun.
quixoticgriffins
Texting. I hate talking on the phone.
necrophrenic
Text messaging is too impersonal

If I like the person enough to give them my phone number, I may as well call them
nba185
im fine with both. but sometimes people simply call AT THE WRONG TIME.
hahaha.

Lolz! That is one of the funniest things I heard of.

For the most part I like calling people, texting just takes too long. These are a couple people though I text because as someone said before sometimes it gets too awkward.
