Correct me if I am wrong, but I think that they have a company in Texas that ships out the shirts to customers. They used to package and ship themselves, but not anymore. (due to time issues)
Also, if I'm not wrong, Anthony usually designs the smosh shirts, too, using photoshop or something like that.
