if any of your friends have been removed from your friends list, then all you have to do is click on My Controls, then click PM Block List found on the first box to the left
all of your lost friends should be listed there

well do to the new site change alot of ppl had there friends removed from there friends list

it works till the whole part of your control panel moves right and you can't access it.
