I think it's Ian for a couple reasons.
Although they're both normally happy idiots, overall I think Ian is a bit more serious except for a couple newer ones like going to the mountains. Think of it every food battle ends with Anthony going 'YES' in his funny ecpression or Ian going 'NOOO!'. Plus the voices for the shut up definatley sound like the type Anthony does. As well as Ian is the one that always has a gun, and always kills people. He's just more yelly, and hardcore you could say. That's why I think it's Anthony saying the stuff and Ian saying shut up.

Probably Ian, I recognize his voice. Anthony's voice is a little bit higher. This voice was a bit lower, like Ian's voice.

Initially I thought it was Anthony. I know Ian usually does all the stupid voice(s) before the shut up (though i know the "shut up!" is prerecorded) but after watching Cry Baby i figured Ian too
