I think Anthony was driving on a stuffed pillow and with their editing program (I think it's Final Cut Studio 2) they've managed to put Ian's face. LOL I love that scene!

Then for the running over scene, we ran over a dummy, then filmed Ian's part separately and dubbed his head over the body. Hope this helps!
