I'm making it a topic because I am overly psyched for this movie.
Everytime I see the trailer, I have to change my pants.

Trailer

Basically, it's Wes Anderson, an iconic and easily-recognisable director, but he seems to be trying something different, which at the very least deserves a look-in, I think. It's my second favourite Roald Dahl story (after George's Marvellous Medicine), and one that is so utterly endearing it would take an total retard to mess it up.

The animation looks beautiful too, I really like the 'taxidermy' style animals. The cast is all-American, which from my perspective is a bit of a shame, being as it is such an English story, with English stereotypes, but what else would anyone expect from Anderson? It looks good, regardless, and any movie with Bill Murray in it instantly gains my affection.

You guys agree?

My friend and I are so excited for this movie!
She told me about it a while ago, but I only saw the trailer last weekend when I went to go see Bright Star. I really like that the animation is stop-motion - none of that CGI crap that is running rampant in hollywood these days.

So...Wes Anderson has moved on from directing boring movies to horrible-looking furry animations? I am not impressed

I am assuming by English you meant British?
Seeing as the majority (not sure what the actual percentage is) of businesses, first language in homes, schools, etc in the United States are English.

... I mean English. From England.
British could mean Welsh, Northern Irish or Scottish. And it's not really any of those.

And English could also mean from the United States. Just saying, it was confusing word choice.

Hush it.

Jason Schwartzman has been on a pretty good streak with Funny People and Bored to Death. I don't see why this won't add to it. And Anderson should bring Mothersbaugh back to doing scores.
