The British National party violate the laws of "freedom of speech" (No reciting racial hate, ect) every time they are given air time. Why do they get away with it? I personally think their policies are racist and unrealistic. Despite being charged for breaking freedom of speech laws, and locked away for 6 months, Nick Griffin is still allowed to be the leader of an extremely right-wing political party, that is rising in media attention. Do you think this is right?

Well, when a country is invaded via immigration by those who wish to transform it into something resembling what they left behind in their own country, is it surprising that the natives object?
Look at it this way: what would happen if British natives emigrated to, say, Saudi Arabia, and tried to transform that country to a Anglican Christian country? The collective sh-t would hit the fan. SPLAAAAT! Blood would flow.
The solution to the whole problem would be for the immigrants into Great Britain to either accept the society they have moved in amongst, assimilate, or go home.
The BNP is a reaction to the Muslim ursurpers. If not for them, there would be no BNP.
I'm assuming you're British. I am American, but I recognize the scenario. We have Muslims moving over here, and we are a Judeo/Christian country, whether the Obamessiah believes it or not. We don't WANT Sharia "law" here. If the immigrants wish to live under such a system, there are plenty of hellholes that operate under Sharia for them to "live" under the iron heel of.
If you are Islamic, well, I have to wonder what there is about hell on Earth you do not understand. Islam isn't a religion of love. It is a system of oppression, and the native Brits and we Americans want no part of it.
And... in America, you can legally believe in and speak up about anything. You can be a Nazi. You can be a commie piece of Sh-t, and if you don't commit crimes, you are legal. If you can't take opposition, you are weak.

Of course they shouldn't get away with it!
How can you be prejudice against everything that defines people as humans and be able to sleep at night?
I'm happy for immigrants to move to Britain if they want I do not have a problem with it at all and I know that a few people think otherwise but until they cause me harm I have no problem.
They get away with it because they can't except other peoples views! They're racist, sexist, homophobic you name and they are prejudice against them! But because we have freedom of speech it means that you have to respect their views even if you do not believe in them. I personally think the things they stand for are wrong but the fact that they have evolved into a political group shows that they have support (if only in the minority). And although I do not agree with it, denying them freedom of speech is quite prejudice and discriminating against them.
I'm sorry but it's a matter of however much you may protest theres nothing you can do about it! They may be a political party with quite extreme views, but a supported political party none the less.

I don't think it's right at all. Where are the good people at?
