Brain Drill can be pretty brutal but they would be considered technical death metal. As for the other bands you mentioned they are a more extreme variant of deathcore. Brutal death metal bands would be Suffocation, Disgorge (US), Devourment, Dying Fetus, Disgorge (Mex), Decrepit Birth's first album, Aborted's earlier material, Skinless and at times Nile.
