I am just wondering why everyone thinks he is the best rapper alive..I guess hes the best gangster rapper or mainstream rapper, but he doesnt compare to the great old school artist or indie/underground ones. I constantly hear everyone going batcandy crazy over no ceilings, but i thought that was a bit overrated...
In before people start saying candy about rap as a whole.

i agree. im not one of them people who hates rap. thats the only music i listen to. lil wayne is one of the worst rappers i have ever heard in my life.
he is a fake Blood and all the real Bloods and OGs know hes a fake becuase they have even said so, he hasnt killed anybody like he claims he has, when he was confronted by REAL Crips he turned into a bitch and wouldnt get out of his truck, and not to mention he steals stuff from so many other artists. he does not have one good songs at all. i dont know why he claims to be the best rapper alive he is far from it. he can almost take the crown as worst rapper alive.

apparently you dont know much if thats what you think it takes to be a good rapper in people's eyes. and especially with today's fans watch rap on TV. they are into all of this dance music, with rappers using autotune on their voice, and all these bright clothes. they arent into gang candy. most of the rappers on TV today who people say are the best are some real softies. and a lot of the older rappers who are looked at as the best, a lot of them didnt rap about gangs or killing. i dont know why you think this but you are extremely mistaken.

haha wow...i can understand him not wanting to get out if he was by himself...but police really? gucci mane would call some of his friends to come up or something if he was in that situation. But the whole gang candy in rap is stupid and they need to get rid of it.
