Wasn't it just amazing how all the symbols added up in the end (sexual references and beethoven) I mean purely amazing storyline.

The crazy words are actually derived from Russian slang. The author wanted to say horrible things without actually saying them. It's symbolic.
And I prefer the book the movie is based off the original American publication of the book, which leaves off the last, redemptive, chapter. While I really love the movie, the full book is absolutely amazing.

IMBD says it is a crime/drama/thriller and "In future Britain, charismatic delinquent Alex DeLarge is jailed and later volunteers for an experimental aversion therapy developed by the government in an effort to solve society's crime problem... but not all goes to plan" \
Basically, some olds get killed. I'm super simplifying it. I also sugest watching the movie while reading the book. The book is a little hard to understand. If you like A Clockwork Orange, you should also read Heart of Darkness. Apocalypse Now was loosely based on it.

The book wins, with the 21st chapter. The movie is good, but since it leaves the ending out...it's just depressing.

One of my favourite movies ever. Kubrick is a genius and ACO is probably his masterpiece. The character of Alex DeLarge is one of the best of movies history, and all the scenarios made up by Kubrick are just amazing.
Kubrick was a genius, no doubt about it, and if you really want to start discovering his works, this is the start point...
