As far as I'm concerned anyway. There may be cases, but nobody I know is one of them.
All the people I know that do pot (I assume) love what they listen to and what they find funny etc. I know metal heads, "indie poseurs" and wiggas. And they haven't changed at all since they've started doing it.

Well, on the whole I find most of their CD reviews that I've read kinda go along with my opinion. I don't really check them out too much though.

The antidrug commercials used to be semi-convincing with the abandoned cute little kids on street corners and birthday parties, but now they're just stupid. Since when does listening to indie make you popular? I suppose if they targeted rap someone would pull out the race card or something.

Smoking weed doesn't make you an indie poser. Plenty of indie kids smoke weed.

You're an indie poser if you think you're indie because your favorite band is something like Death Cab for Cutie, Sufjan, or the Decemberists and you get your indie from a tv show like The O.C. or Scrubs or One Tree Hill and pretend you're all hip and have known about them all along.

Not just this specific thing.
If you go onto blogs i.e Arts & Crafts, everyone hates pitchfork for their "unjust" ratings. They are known to be snobs.
