Official Rules
1. You must have at least 50 posts to enter.
2. Your signature must not be pre-made.
3. Your signature must follow the assigned theme.
4. Your signature must be your own work. If you are asked to prove the authenticity of your entry, you must do so.
5. Your signature must include your name in some way, shape, or form.
6. Your signature must be of a reasonable size (rectangular in shape with a maximum width of 555px). If you are asked to resize your signature, you must do so.
7. You may only post one entry in one post, and any further changes to your entry must be posted in replacement of your original entry. All changes made to any post other than your original entry post will be ignored.

Failure to adhere to any of these rules will result in the disqualification of your entry.

Basically the idea is to take aspects of the internet and its components (computers, modems, websites, cellphones, palmpilots, firewires, etc.) and create something interesting out of it. Is that too hard?

You're addressing a point I'm not making. The fact that it's broad is irrelevant. I'm not attacking anyone here, just offering some advice. Make the themes a little more interesting.

I'm sorry, but this is the 36th SOTW, and as far as I know, I've never once seen you on these forums or enter a signature contest. So if you're gonna stroll in here, telling us to make the themes more interesting, then I'm sorry but you can shove it up your ass.

If you ever go to college, you'll fail, learn to think outside the box, the broader the terms, the more you can get away with, the more you get your ass kissed. I once had an art teacher give us a project, i pretty much disregarded most of the examples he gave us, then threw some string over a dildo, and bam, that was an A+, see, artistic freedom can help you get away with anything.

The fact that this SOTW was late is reason enough to let it be fairly open. Hence, the broad theme.
