im hooked on Lucozade and Choco milk! 
Food: Mcchicken sandwich(not), spag boll hits the spot, although i like most foods containing meat, but spinach and ricotta cannelloni can be quite addictive at times. Although they are messy the cream slice is just a beautiful creation, and tastes even better.
Drink: water, cranberry juice, and even the no sugar(more bad additives) sunny delight is nice when you have it once in a while.
