I had to call the cops last weekend and it got my wondering about what kind of other stories people have for calling the cops. So post your 911 stories here.

I had to call to get my friend on a stretcher he punctured a lung.

I was with my friend in preschool and we called the cops on her Mickey Mouse phone and started talking to them. They then showed up at her house...we didn't know :[

Yah, but the whole point is to tell us WHY. Haha.

then one time i was babysitting my brother and he called 911, and the cops showed up and i had to deal with them, that was stressful.

I've never called it. once when i was like 5 my sister, my neighbor and i wer playing in my front lawn and my sister fell and smashed her chin off of something and got knocked unconscious and my mom called 911...thats about the closest ive been

I almost called 999 when my step-brother was beating up his girlfriend, but I was terrified he'd hear me and come upstairs for me instead so I text my friend asking her to. Then his girlfriend ran away so I told her not to worry about it.

In the USA 911 calls all three of them. And almost always the fire department turns up first because there are just SO many fires to put out. And then they just stand around like idiots because they can't really do anything.

i called it on the toilet once.

not because i was having any trouble or anything...just because i was in the bathroom and i was like prank calling people and so i called 911.

I got in a car accident when my dad was driving me and my brother to the pool, and the people we were picking up called 911. I never dialed it myself though.

I almost called the nonemergency police at work once because some creepy drunk rapist-looking man wouldn't leave, but I just talked to him for like..an hour and eventually convinced him to leave by paying him like, a dollar. Anyone else that works there would have called the cops, but no, I just sat there and listened to him talk about his balls and how his son is a druggie and he lost his job. Interesting experience to say the least.

Yes they do, In Israel ambulances are called magen david adom which means red david's star actually.

And police here is 100 and I never called them.

I called a few times.
Once when my little brother fell and needed stitches.
Another time I fainted on the floow and couldn't move at all, so I called my mom and 911.
Another time when my grandma fell and I couldn't get her up, and she broke a bone.

this massive drunken fight happened at a party, and it got way out of hand, so i had to call 911 along with a whole bunch of others.

I've never personally had to call but I when my brother was 13/15 or something like that he had the police come twice in one day for stupid stuff like playing with fire.

Then this year my other brother's ex called 911 for him because he said he was going to kill himself or something. That was a crazy night.

And other countless times have my family called 911... It's funny, we are the only people in the neighborhood who cause these things. Not once has anyone else made the fire department or cops come. Always us, and always at least three times a year. I just think it's funny. And sometimes they just come on their own because of a bunch of crap my brothers do. They're 19 and 17 now. So yeah.

But I have never made the cops come yay!!

I've never called 911, basically for the simple reason that the emergency services would take around a day to get here.
