i'm from germany and i'm planning to do a high school year in the usa in 2009 and i'm wondering where to go. i'd love to go to california but i don't really know much about it. i read you live in california, so i wondered whether you may could tell me if you would recommend to go there? and what would you say is characteristic for ca? how are the people there?
