well something i downloaded messed it up, like it interfered with the game or something, so it took me like a whole week to delete everything i was supposed to cuz i didnt know what to do, but i fixed, i lost all of my neighborhoods, excpt phenomena, luckly. the neighborhood thing was my fault, cuz i delted something there i wasn't supposed to.
