10 People With English Accents You Didn't See At The Royal Wedding

The Royal Wedding was today and if you got up at the butt crack of dawn you might have actually watched the nuptials go down! And while I slept in (because I could not care less about it) an estimated number of one billion people cared enough to wake up at all odd hours of the day and night around the globe to catch a glimpse of Kate in her fancy white dress and fancy tiara.

Everyone who was anyone was on the guest list... The Abbey was packed to the brim with fancy Brits! Seems like all you needed was an English accent to get in the door, NOT SO. Some people were outright snubbed! Here are some people with English accents who simply didn't get the Royal invite.

1. David Bowie

Ziggy Stardust was just too cool and, admittedly, insane to be a guest at this historical event. I don’t think he’s interested in this type of modern love anyway.

2. Russell Brand

Anyone that has anything to with Katy Perry could not be allowed near the wedding. Period.

3. Tony Blair

The former British Prime Minster was banned from the wedding also... and not for political reasons it's just that William has developed a 'powerful dislike' of Mr. Blair... particularly the way he acted at his mother, Princess Diana's funeral service. I'd love to hear all the dirt on that!

4. Helena Bonham Carter

She’s way too unconventional to even be within a mile radius of this conservative royal family. And, anyway, England is probably still a little pissed off at her for killing Dobby and all.

5. Robert Pattinson

Sorry Twilight, the Queen has a strict NO VAMPIRES policy. Nothing personal, it's just protocol. Looks like you were watching the Royal wedding on a TV like the rest of us.

6. The Original Fergie

Sarah Ferguson is the original Fergie and the rebel of the Royal Family. The Queen is pretty pissed at Fergie for a lot of things, and though Fergie's crazy daughter was there wearing the craziest hat... there was no sign of Fergie. She had been Royally banned from the Royal event by the Queen herself!

7. Rupert Grint

I guess he's friends with the wrong Harry! Come on, Royal Family, I thought this day was supposed to be magical.

8. Lily Allen

Lily Allen was snubbed by the Royal Family and she was Royally pissed! Lily said, "well, you can quote me as 'outraged', why does bloody Joss Stone get an invite and not moi? I sang at the Diana concert too!"

9. Stewie Griffin

Well, he’s obviously awesome, and the Queen is a huge fan... but at some point even the Queen had to realize the limitations of animation.

10. Johnny Depp

What is up with this guys weird fake English accent? He didn't talk like that on 21 Jump Street. Perhaps it was all a Royal ruse to get a Royal invite to the Royal Wedding but it didn't work Deppo! Nice try.
