This is my favorite quote from the great poet Emeril Lagasse. I have always tried to live my life based on this idea and that is why I have to do this. Ever since I was a baby, I was posing nude.
Nakedness meant freedom to me as a kid and being naked in front of a camera seemed like an even better idea.
I was especially inspired by the photos of naked tribes-people from Africa and South America found on the pages of National Geographic magazine.
But how could I be naked in a magazine?
When we made the Male Model video a while back, I got inspired and started to explore the idea of posing nude. I practiced in front of the mirror and on my webcam, sending my shots to random people.
This was not the best idea at first but then, someone responded.
My friend, the famous movie star, Robert Pattinson, got one of the photos and offered to lend a hand. He said he posed naked hundreds of times. He introduced me to the people at Playgrrl and the rest is history.
So, think of this not as a forever goodbye but a sort of fond farewell. We will meet again down the road. And chances are, I will be naked.
