Britney Molests Bodyguard?

Britney Spears ex-bodyguard Fernando Flores has filed a lawsuit against her, reports ABC news.

The story says that Fernando thought Britney was pushing her sexy on him way too much for a boss, and that he didn't want any of it. "On Wednesday, a former bodyguard of Spears' filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the 28-year-old pop star, claiming she repeatedly made unwanted sexual advances toward him."

The story continues to say "Flores describes instances in which Spears allegedly displayed her naked body to him. One time after allegedly exposing herself, the suit claims Britney said, "You know you liked it." Well that sounds pushy!

Radaronline.com reports, "At a hotel in California, “Plaintiff perceived, during security checks of the perimeter, Defendant loudly having sexual relations while her two children were in the suite with her,” and "He also claims that Britney sent him on errands twice and when he returned her saw her “having vigorous sexual relations.” Watching your boss have sex is not cool, unless of course you think that's cool, I guess. It sounds pretty gross as far as job requirements go.

Fernando even said that Britney made her sons eat gross food until they puked! "He also alleges that Britney fed her two small sons crabmeat despite the fact that they have serious allergies to seafood."

“When both boys started vomiting, Defendant Spears explicitly prevented Plaintiff and the children’s nanny from seeking medical care for the children," according to the court documents filed by Flores. That's pretty intense and crazy. Although we are talking about the girl who a few years ago had a crazy head shaving incident and fake English accent on her late night trips to Rite Aid.

The best part? "In one bizarre part of the lawsuit, Flores alleges that Britney proclaimed to her sons: “Mommy is White Trash.” Hey, at least Britney is honest! Let's give her some credit for that. I mean, if the accusations against her are true, she certainly sounds like she's telling the truth to her kids by telling them that.

Some people are accusing Fernando of hanky panky and lies because he didn't file this lawsuit until AFTER he got fired, but you gotta think in his shoes. If your boss who was a famous superstar was doing these creepy things to you and her kids, wouldn't you be scared to say something?

Especially since you know that is exactly what will happen if you say something : people will accuse you of lying, you'll look like a 'bad guy' and they'll say you just want money and fame. It takes a lot of guts to file a lawsuit like this, and she's been accused of pushing her sexy to the max before with other employees in the past…
