Justin Bieber Surprises 6-Year-Old Fan Battling Cancer

Well a Facebook campaign paid off big for 6-year-old Avalanna Routh, because she got the Valentine's Day date of her dreams! JUSTIN BIEBER! I'm screaming because I'm actually really psyched for her. Yes, even my cold, black heart has been warmed by this friggin lovable as heck story. Avalanna suffers from a rare form of brain cancer and is such a little spitfire, I just couldn't be happier for her. Here's a pic of Avalanna last year when her nurses threw a faux wedding for the sweet little girl and a cardboard cut-out of the Biebs:

Once Bieber became aware of the Facebook campaign to make Avalanna's dream come true, he set out to give his number one fan the Valentine's Day of her dreams! He flew Avalanna and her family to New York City and they spent the day together playing games, eating cupcakes and taking pictures that have made me have a lump in my throat all morning. It goes without saying, that this was like the best day of young Avalanna's life! 'It was great..He wants to be my husband!" she hilariously told a CNN affiliate after her date. Bieber took to Twitter after his day with Avalanna and adorably used #MrsBieber to pay tribute to a truly inspirational little girl.

And the best part is? Even the Beliebers knew enough to keep their jealousy in check. But I don't think they'd do the same if Selena was calling herself Mrs. Bieber.

@IanishotBITCH - I agree, I stopped hating him some time ago because I realized how stupid it was. Just because I'm not into his music doesn't mean that I have to hate him, no one have to. And after reading this article, part of that negative feeling for him faded away :]
