Optimus Prime's Morning Routine

We all have our morning routines - stuff we do the same way each morning so we don't forget about it. But what does your morning routine look like if you have a full day of fighting Decepticons for the fate of the Earth ahead of you? Let's take a look at Optimus Prime's morning routine.

1. Get Up Early

Optimus Prime generally wakes up with a radio alarm. He sets it about twenty minutes earlier than when he needs to wake up in case he hits the snooze.

2. Brushes His Teeth

One time Optimus forgot to brush his teeth, and his mouth felt all weird and filmy the whole day. Because he never wants that to happen again brushing his teeth is now the first thing he does once he wakes up.

3. Puts On A Pot of Coffee

If Optimus remembers to do this right when he wakes up, the coffee is ready by the time he's cleaned up.

4. A Little Exercise

When Optimus Prime is honest with himself, he doesn't really feel his best during the day if he doesn't partake in ten to fifteen minutes of light cardio. Abs are Tuesday and Thursday.

5. Splashes Some Water On His Face

Optimus Prime used to shower in the morning, but now he does so at night, which he finds helps him sleep better AND saves time in the morning!

6. Puts On Deodorant

Optimus Prime uses All Sport Game Day. It makes him feel like a sports star athlete!

7. Puts His Socks On Before His Pants

Then Optimus doesn't have his pants in the way when he tries to put on his socks.

8. Quick Breakfast

Optimus Prime does his best to make breakfast at home - usually some egg whites or, if he's in a rush, just a quick bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios! Optimus Prime does his best not to stop by a drive thru on the way to work, because that tends to be the least healthy and cost effective option.

9. Transform and Roll Out!
