Those annoying Gosselins just won't go away. Now Jon says he wants the kids full time.

Is he crazy?

Today it was announced that Jon Gosselin is suing Kate Gosselin for primary custody of their eight children.

He claims it's because she has become a part time mother now that she is on "Dancing with the Stars".

Jon, seen here talking on the cell phone and smoking, thinks he would be a far more attentive parent.

Probably not, but at least he will not allow any pictures to be taken with his vagina showing.

Jon, pictured here fiddling with one cell phone while wearing another, only allows the paparazzi to shoot his naked belly.

If we were those kids, we would hit the road immediately and find ourselves some new parents.

We understand these two are always in the market.
