Rebecca Black Destroys Bieber's YouTube Record!
OMG, Rebecca black has even more reason to be so excited!
Rebecca has kicked some serious Bieber ass. She has clawed her way up onto the JB's throne and ripped the golden crown off of the king of YouTube's pretty little perfectly styled head!
Rebecca Black has reached 100 Million views on her video for "Friday" on YouTube in 63 days. It took Justin Bieber 67 days to get 100 Million views.
Sorry Biebs, it had to happen at some point. Someone had to take you OUT!
Don't worry Beliebers, Bieber's "Baby" is still the #1 "most discussed" and "most viewed" video of all time with over 500 Million views so don't get your Bieber panties in a Bieber wad.
But Black is really giving Bieber a run for his money. Black seems to have figured out the secret scientific formula for making a crappy song into a super mega hit.
I mean I'll be honest... it's hard to NOT hum the tune to "Friday" on Fridays... for me at least. Every Friday it just pops into my head and no matter what I do, I can't get it out! This, my friends, is not a good thing.
"Friday" now has over 110 Million hits on YouTube with an eye catching 2 Million thumbs down. Everyone loves to hate Rebecca Black... including me!
Biebaholics, don't fear... Rebecca is far from hitting the 500 Million mark so your precious Bieber is safe at this point but it's looking like "Friday" will get the crown for the Most Viewed Video of the year this year.
So all you Bieber fans out there better get on the ball and start doing some serious clicking if you want Bieber to rein as YouTube king for another year. If not, it looks like Black is takin' it home.
It's like picking the lesser of two evils... I guess if I had to pick I'd rather listen to Bieber's "Baby" - I mean it's annoying but it's a way better song than "Friday." That song is the worst, and her voice is SO grating... but I want to know what you think? Which song would you rather hear? Are you shocked that we are still talking about Rebecca Black? I know I am. It's so sad that people made Friday famous in the first place. If it was terrible why was it getting so much attention? Personally, I like Justin Bieber's music. He's not that bad.
