25 Worst Eyebrow FAILS!

You can’t say they’re not trying to look their best. You can say they’re failing. It’s interesting to note that a lot of these photos appear to be mugshots. Apparently committing crime and eyebrow-murder go hand in hand. Duly noted.
Since when did Sharpies become acceptable make-up?
